Napier, March 28: Pakistan’s One Day International (ODI) squad has assembled in Napier ahead of the three-match ODI series against New Zealand, which is set to begin on March 29.
Pakistan Squad Gathers for ODI Series
Key players Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan, and Imam-ul-Haq have joined the squad, along with eight players from Pakistan’s T20I team. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) shared a video on social media capturing moments of the squad’s arrival and warm greetings among players and team management.
Squad Additions: Haris Rauf & Usman Khan
In a strategic move, PCB has included fast bowler Haris Rauf and wicketkeeper-batter Usman Khan in the ODI squad.

Haris Rauf was one of Pakistan’s standout performers in the recently concluded T20I series, despite the team’s 4-1 defeat.

Usman Khan has been named as a reserve wicketkeeper, while Mohammad Rizwan remains the first-choice gloveman and will also lead the team as captain.
