Haris Rauf Rises in ICC T20I Rankings, Babar Azam Maintains Position

New Zealand’s dominant performance in the ongoing T20I series against Pakistan has led to significant shifts in the latest ICC Men’s T20I Player Rankings. One of the biggest gainers is Jacob Duffy, who climbed seven places to break into the top five, now sitting at 5th position with 694 rating points.

Duffy’s rise has been fueled by his outstanding performances, taking 11 wickets in four matches, making him one of the format’s top pacers.

Haris Rauf’s Rise in Bowling Rankings

For Pakistan, Haris Rauf has been a major positive, jumping 11 places to 15th with 632 rating points after his impressive spells of 3/27 and 3/29 in the last two matches.

Meanwhile, young pacer Abbas Afridi also gained recognition, moving up eight places to 36th in the rankings.

Babar Azam & Rizwan Retain Rankings Despite T20I Omission

While New Zealand players dominated the rankings, Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan managed to retain their positions despite being dropped from the ongoing T20I series.

In the batting charts, Australia’s Travis Head remains the No.1 ranked T20I batter, followed by India’s Abhishek Sharma and England’s Phil Salt. New Zealand’s Mark Chapman was the biggest climber, moving 10 places to 41st after his explosive 94 off 44 balls and a quick 24-run cameo.

All-Rounder Rankings & Namibia’s Impact

In the all-rounder rankings, Michael Bracewell surged 12 spots to 14th (141 rating points) after back-to-back impactful innings of 46 off 26 and 31 off 18*.

Namibia’s Gerhard Erasmus maintained his spot in the all-rounder top 10, while his teammate Niko Davin jumped 27 places to 68th after scoring an unbeaten half-century against Canada.

With more T20I action on the horizon, the rankings are set for further shakeups as players continue to make their mark on the global stage.
